Chargeback Webhook

This Explodely webhook is triggered when a chargeback is generated in your account for any sale. If you have added a chargeback webhook, Explodely will push the below data points to your webhook URL and you can also select which data points you need while creating the webhook.

Order ID - Explodely order ID of the sale

Customer Name - Buyer's name

Customer Email - Buyer's email

Customer Phone - Buyer's phone

Amount - Sale amount

Product ID - Product ID of the sale

Product Name - Product name

Tracking ID - Tracking ID of the sale (if any)

Affiliate - Affiliate ID of the sale (if any)

Zip Code - ZIP Code of buyer

Country Code - Country code of buyer

Bill Description - Descriptor on payment method of buyer

IP Address - Buyer's IP address
