# Decline Webhook

This Explodely webhook is triggered when a decline happens by a buyer when trying to purchase any of your product. If you have added a decline webhook, Explodely will push the below data points to your webhook URL and you can also select which data points you need while creating the webhook.

Customer Name - Buyer's Name

Customer Email - Buyer's Email

Product ID - Product ID of the decline
